I did this with a blindfold, so, you'll have to resolve odd looking stuff. Just follow the same HTML patterns at https://github.com/csarven/linked-research (see http://linke-research.270a.info/ ) for a live demo. CSS should be okay if you can slowly eliminate anything that's coming out of the box from bootstrap or whatever. Let me know how it goes..
